Please contact us should you wish to request a refund & return your Health and Herbal Online order. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange if:

• You have the original order number

• The item is unused

• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging

Note:

• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original form of payment

• Certain items cannot be exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons

• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded

• Defective goods can be returned within 6 months of the date of purchase if:

• You have the original order number

• The goods have been used for their intended purpose and cared for as per the instruction manual

Note:

• You will have the choice to have returned goods repaired, replaced or refunded

• We reserve the right to send returned products for further assessment

Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund the delivery fee should you choose to cancel your order.
